A swing machine in the hands of building janitorial staff is a risky thing. Overuse of chemical cleaners and brighteners, bonnet cleaning methods that drive dirt into the carpet fibers, and other pitfalls are common and can actually void the manufacturer’s warranty of your flooring. At Lippert Flooring and Tile, our proprietary cleaning solutions and equipment are in the hands of skilled technicians whose only focus is flooring. Unlike some janitorial services, we don’t use one general cleaner for all surfaces. We use “superior chemistry” that is specifically made for the surface being cleaned. A Strategic Approach to Service

Frequency shouldn’t be driven by a contract – it should be driven by the need. While other maintenance companies simply schedule a regular visit, we will work with your facility manager to develop a more strategic approach to floor care and maintenance. We’ll seek to understand your facility, traffic patterns, public and private spaces, as well as your overall goals. Together we will design a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly program that helps control cost and visit frequency over time by implementing a strategic rotation of the spaces that require cleaning each time. This allows us to focus on high-traffic, high-visibility areas more frequently, alternating cleanings of lower traffic areas as needed.
