  • Floor Care

    • Extensively trained and experienced in the art and of commercial floor maintenance, our Floor Care Technicians have focused expertise that far exceeds a typical janitorial or facilities maintenance team. All methods are approved by IICRC, CRI, and the material manufacturers.

    • Knowledge of your organization is just as important as technical knowledge. At Lippert, we believe in assigning dedicated Technicians to our clients, building continuity and communication visit after visit.

  • Flooring Installation

    • From plan review and scheduling to the use of technology in the field to share project specs, materials, and timelines; at Lippert, we believe that success starts and ends with Project Management.

    • Our team performs a pre-start jobsite visit with site superintendents to inspect temperature, humidity, and site access and delivery conditions, preparing and adjusting for any “unknowns” before materials and trades arrive to work.

    • From leveling to removing existing flooring and adhesives to properly evaluating substrates for installation, our substrate preparation standards are some of the most thorough in the industry. Beautiful floors start at the substrate level.

    • Beyond surface preparation, Lippert tests for proper moisture conditions prior to install. This helps avoid future issues with dis-bonding and adhesive and flooring material degradation that is common when proper moisture conditions are not met.

    • Minimizing the disruption to your facility during a flooring replacement project, our proprietary cubicle, furniture, and fixture lift systems allow us to achieve your installation in less time with less interruptions.

  • Careers

    • Lippert Floor Care Services is seeking a highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional to fill our Maintenance Account Manager position to support our exciting growth and development.  In this position you will fill a critical role and will be responsible for proactively expanding our business by soliciting prospects via phone, email, or on-site visits within your assigned sales territory.  This highly dynamic and rewarding position will focus on new B2B development with a heavy emphasis on networking and prospecting for the Milwaukee, WI area. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, prospect meetings, presenting programs, building your network, trade group participation and meeting sales goals.  

      If you are ready to take on a role with career goals that are focused on sales and relationship development, and you’re competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit you could be a terrific fit for this position!

    •  Lippert is hiring full time second shift support crew members and technicians for our Floor Care Services team. We work with high-end commercial clientele to restore and maintain their building interiors utilizing the latest technology and processes. There is never a dull moment, as each day provides different tasks and responsibilities. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to learn, lead, and advance. Self-motivated individuals with an eye for detail can quickly excel in both this role and our organization. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test. We offer a full range of benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement and paid time off.

    • Our tile setters are members of the Bricklayers and Allied Craft Workers Local 5 Union. This is a physically demanding role with a need for attention to detail and accuracy. Must have experience installing mud floors, large format tile, layout, showers, shower pans, base, and grouting.

    • Our flooring installers are members of the Carpenters Union. This is a physically demanding role with a need for attention to detail and accuracy. Must have experience installing VCT, LVT, sheet vinyl, base, broadloom, carpet tile, and wood flooring.
