"We strive to make things better, always!"

"We are a values driven organization."

Honesty, integrity, fairness, and stewardship are attributes we strive to achieve daily. Our pursuit of these things is out of a sense of responsibility to our clients, our vendors, our crafts, our co-workers, and our successors. Because of our respect for them, we actively seek the knowledge and training needed to adhere to our industry’s best practices through our involvement with our unions and associations at a national and local level.

Since 1949, Lippert Tile Company, Inc. has purposefully added the skills and capacity to meet our clients’ needs. We furnish and install all tile types, marble tile and panels, carpeting, and all types of resilient and wood flooring. We can lift and move library and display systems, and lift office furniture systems. We have developed the capacity, knowledge, and skill to undertake any commercial construction project, no matter the size or complexity. We employ our own thoroughly trained craft workers and oversee every job with our own dedicated project managers. Our estimating team is skilled in the use of state of the art software and hardware for accurate, reliable work scope determination and valuation. We have an excellent accounting and support staff to ensure timely, accurate processing of the internal and external communication required by our vendors and clients. In all, we bring more than 100 gifted, committed people together to exceed the expectations of our customers.

We believe strongly in strategic planning as a way to analyze our organization, to regularly discover what we do well and what we do not, to make concrete plans to change what needs changing, and to monitor our progress towards improving everything we do.
